Kanani: IMF loan makes Iraq subject to international economic standards

LIT, I agree and the IMF said first half of 2016 Iraq would be a market economy - ONE MONTH TO GO, JUNE AND TOMORROW IS JUNE 1st

Like I said...the IMF screwed up last time (full control after VII)...luckily Iraq came crawling back to give the IMF a shot at control again. My statement is a little charismatic to wciappetta's...lol
