Parliamentary Finance Committee confirmed on Thursday that the liberalization of Nineveh province of control "Daesh" criminal Sarphi general budget by more than two and a half billion dollars due to the importance of economic and trade province.
Said committee member Ahmed Sarhan Sarhan said that "economic Nineveh province with distinction and was generating huge economic returns through the large cement plants in Hamam al-Alil, as well as the oil extracted from wells and Ain Zala Qayyarah."
He said Sarhan, that "the province is a trade route strategic links between Iraq, Turkey and Syria, through which the most important oil transport line is Ceyhan in Turkey for export," stressing that the "Edit conservative Sarphi general budget by more than two and a half billion dollars."
