[ltr]Economic Adviser to the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, the appearance of Mohammed Saleh, Tuesday, explained that the government is waiting for the general budget surplus to finance the stalled projects.[/ltr]
[ltr]Saleh said, L / balance News /, "The government is waiting for availability of surplus funds from the general budget for 2017, in order to serve the completion of projects that have reached the completion rate of 75%."[/ltr]
[ltr]He said economic adviser, that "the seventh paragraph of Article 12 of the Budget Law states to take advantage of the abundance of money in the implementation of the stalled projects, the most important educational and health-Mishari and everything related to the Iraqi citizen," .anthy service 29 / A 43[/ltr]
