    (IraqiNews.com) The Iranian Railways Company announced the implementation of railways projects that link the Iranian city Khorramshahr of southern Iran with Basra province of southern Iraq.The Director General of the Company, Abd al-Ali Sahib Mohamdi, reported that ”The project will serve the Iranian pilgrims to visit Najaf and Karbala provinces,” noting that ”The implementation of the project will last for three years.””The Railways project, which will be implemented in the western and southern borders of Iran with Iraq, will link Iran to the Mediterranean and it will facilitate the trade across the countries,” he added. \END\
