Real estate trade is very popular and guide offices spread  
buying and selling luxury real estate in Baghdad and the provinces  ,
and this is one of the real estate sector growth indicators despite the crisis  
financial afflicting the country , what means this  
phenomenon?
In order to know what do you mean this phenomenon? We search the reasons rising real estate prices in Baghdad from the highest prices even in European cities.

must be admitted the validity of what we went in most  of the
previous economic of our analysis that all economic theories in the world did not apply to the Iraqi economy and why of course , contradictions, chaos and lack of planning and practical application.
The reason may seem at higher prices  
that there is a high demand offset by high purchasing power and this demand coupled with the existence of actual need for housing was estimated at previous statistics , three and a half million housing units and you can imagine the size of prices in light of this demand.
