Deputy Secretary-General of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, Sunday, Barham Saleh, that the state rent is embodied in the ugliest images in Iraq.
"It is corruption in Iraq that perpetuates terrorism and violence," Saleh said during his participation in the Iraq Energy Forum held at the Rashid Hotel in Baghdad, adding that "the victories achieved so far have not been exaggerated."
He added that "Iraq is close to victory on the organization of a preacher, and we should not overly and must be dialogue between components," stressing that it is time to hold an Iraqi dialogue in Baghdad and not in Ankara, Tehran and Washington between all components on the future of the country and its economic system, The basis for any dialogue or political map to come. "
"It is necessary to establish a fund for development and international investment," he said, adding that "this fund will focus on" infrastructure projects and the creation of national cohesion of the country. "
He also pointed out that "economic projects may bring together the political teams," he said
