MP of the coalition of state law Mansour al-Baiji, Thursday, that the House of Representatives will initiate the withdrawal of confidence from the Independent High Electoral Commission after the vote not to be satisfied with the answer of the head of the Electoral Commission for elections, Srebst Mustafa.
Al-Baiji told Mawazine News that "there is a legal article that includes the MP questioned all the signatures of 50 deputies in parliament or more within seven days of the date of voting on the non-conviction of the response of the Commission and submit to the Presidency of the parliament to determine a special session to vote on the withdrawal of confidence From the Independent Electoral Commission or the topic is included in the agenda of the Council to be presented during the sessions to be a vote on the withdrawal of confidence or not.
"If the purpose of the vote is achieved by an absolute majority, the Commission will be considered null and void. If the number is not completed, confidence will be renewed to the Commission to continue its work until the ninth month of this year."
"The signatures of more than 50 deputies in the parliament were collected by the questioned MP Magda al-Tamimi, and they were submitted to the presidency and a special session will be held to withdraw confidence from the commissioner or not."
