    On Monday, the Federal Supreme Court held its session, while it decided to defer consideration of two motions to challenge some of the articles of the general budget for the year 2017 and the appeal against the questioning of the Minister of Agriculture.
    A statement issued by the Information Office of the Court received / Mawazine News / a copy, "The Federal Supreme Court held today its session and considered a number of cases on the agenda."
    The statement added that "the first lawsuit was set up by the Prime Minister in addition to his job on the Speaker of the House of Representatives in addition to his job to challenge thirty-three articles of the budget law for the current year."
    He explained that "the plaintiff paid the salaries of experts appointed by the court for the purpose of deciding on the technical aspects of the subject of appeal."
    He added that "the court agreed to the request of the head of the Independent Electoral Commission to enter a third person in the case as he challenged the appeal of the Prime Minister on the salaries and allowances of the Commission in Article (50) of the budget."
    The statement pointed out that "the postponement of the lawsuit to the 13th of this month to invite experts and assignment of their duties and legalization."
    "The court considered another case to challenge article 9 / d / 4 of the Budget Law and decided to introduce the Prime Minister in addition to his job as a third party to inquire about what is necessary to resolve the case, being responsible for implementing the budget. For the purpose of informing the Prime Minister in addition to his job. "
    He pointed out that "a third case was considered by the court of the Minister of Agriculture in addition to his job to challenge the decision of questioning issued by the House of Representatives."
    He pointed out that "the court decided to postpone the case until 12 of next month until the end of the legislative holiday of the House of Representatives." Ended 29 / a 43
