    He said during a joint news conference with Bahraini Foreign Minister Sheikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa , that Turkey will continue efforts to resolve the dispute while Qatar is facing isolation from a number of Arab countries , which accused it of supporting terrorism.
    Ihsanoglu said Jawish Turkish military base in Qatar aimed at the security of the Gulf region is not the security of a particular country.
    In the same context , Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Saturday that Russia is concerned about the severance of relations with Qatar , Arab countries and called for talks to resolve the crisis.
    Lavrov said to his Qatari counterpart Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdul Rahman Al Thani , during talks in Moscow "with regard to policy matters, we do not interfere in the internal affairs of other countries or bilateral relations, but are not happy to see relations deteriorate between our partners."
