    Director General of Financial Operations at the Central Bank, Mahmoud Dagher "Internets"



    The Director General of Financial Operations at the Central Bank, Mahmoud Dagher, Sunday, the central bank maintained its independence through external control over the price of the dollar and install it at one level.

    Trebil border crossing is West of Tel Afar, the border itself is already secure, the problem lies with Tal Afar itself.  This trade route is the one that the American Contractors are going to secure and rebuild.  US identifies this trade route to be the most important.  So, until Tal Afar is settled and this trade route is fixed (apparently there are many bridges that need repair) then trade across this area will be slow.
