America plans to steal Iraq's wealth within the oil-for-reconstruction project

An official source said the United States is trying to acquire Iraq's financial and oil capabilities by tackling the campaign to rebuild the liberated areas, while revealing the existence of hundreds of contracts between the Iraqi government and the Washington administration.
The source said in an interview that "the United States since the establishment of the international coalition allegedly worked to inflict the greatest damage to the infrastructure and state structures and civil buildings in areas controlled by gangs and urged for the monopoly of companies reconstruction campaigns and that is happening now."
"Hundreds of contracts have been submitted by the US government and are trying to make them a reality on the Iraqi government according to the principle of reconstruction in exchange for oil, as is happening now in Anbar province and Washington trying to control the border with Jordan with other areas," he said.
The US ambassador on Monday held a meeting with local government officials in Anbar to discuss reconstruction in the province and the role of US companies in the province.
