Turkish Deputy Foreign Minister Jassem Mohammad Jaafar revealed on Tuesday three basic files to be discussed by Turkish Foreign Minister Mouloud Gaooshoglu during his visit to Iraq on Wednesday, indicating that the arrangement of the withdrawal of Turkish troops will lead the talks.
