    [rtl]"Iraq is committed to respecting its reduced share of oil production as agreed with the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries and other exporters," Iraqi Oil Minister Jabbar al-Luaibi said Tuesday, adding that "Iraq will support the extension of production cuts.[/rtl]
    [rtl]While Oil Minister Bijan Zanganeh said that OPEC's commitment to the agreement to reduce the production of crude is acceptable, adding that some changes are needed if the producing countries seek to rebalance the market.[/rtl]
    [rtl]"All members should be 100 per cent committed to the production reduction agreement, and the production level of Nigeria and Libya should be taken into consideration," he said.[/rtl]
    [rtl]OPEC ministers meeting in Vienna said they could wait until January before deciding to extend production restrictions aimed at subsidizing prices beyond the first quarter of 2018.[/rtl]
    [rtl]OPEC members and other producers, including Russia, have cut production by 1.8 million bpd since early 2017, helping lift oil prices by 15 percent in the last three months.[/rtl]
    [rtl]OPEC and its allies are considering extending the deal beyond its current deadline at the end of March 2018[/rtl]
