    Shafaq News / A government source in the province of Basra, on Friday, the spread of dirt in Medea significantly, after the cessation of the National Cleaning Company for its work.
    The source told Ashqaf News that the national company decided to suspend its work in the province of Basra, for the sixth time, because of non-payment of financial dues by the local government.
    The local government in the province of Basra accused earlier, the central government in Baghdad not to pay the dues of the province of petrodollar, and thus affected the projects of the province with a large financial deficit.
    Iraq is heavily dependent on Basra oil revenues to finance its budget.
    Iraq has the world's third largest oil reserves, estimated at 143 billion barrels, after Saudi Arabia and Iran.
