[rtl]A member of the National Security Committee of the Iranian parliament, Murtaza Zafari, said Tehran would not negotiate its defense and missile capabilities.[/rtl]
[rtl]Referring to the French Foreign Minister's recent statement that he is negotiating with Iran on its missile program and policies in the region, Saffari stressed that the defense affairs of any country are only related to it and can not be negotiated with others.[/rtl]
[rtl]He noted that Iran's missile arsenal is part of the country's defense doctrine and will not accept negotiations with any country.[/rtl]
[rtl]He pointed out that the decision of the government of the Islamic Republic of Iran to strengthen its defense capabilities and missile industries is a national decision and can not be negotiated with anyone.[/rtl]
