    Baghdad
demanded MP for the Iraqi Turkmen Front Hassan Turan , Thursday, to close representation of the territory of Kurdistan in the Council of Ministers, attributing the cause to the failure in the performance of their duty to inform the parties to the case against officials of the region regarding the constitutionality of the referendum verdict.

Turan said in a statement received by Alsumaria News on a copy of it, that "the closure of the representation of the Kurdistan region in the Council of Ministers after failing in the performance of its duty to inform the parties to the lawsuit against the officials of the Territory on the request to rule on the constitutionality of the referendum, according to clarify the Federal Court issued today "He said.

"This deliberate failure to delay the resolution of the lawsuit, which is expected to be resolved by all official and popular bodies in Iraq ," Tauran said , calling on the federal government to "help the court to find a mechanism for the receipt of communications filed on lawsuits against the Territory."

He added that "in the event that this can not be announced in the official press to inform the concerned so that the court to proceed with the proceedings of the case and resolved as soon as possible."

On Thursday, the Federal Court issued a clarification on its opinion on the constitutionality of the referendum in Kurdistan, saying that it can not express an opinion on the constitutionality or unconstitutionality of the referendum, without hearing the other party according to the provisions of Article 91/5 of the Civil Procedure Law.[/size]
