Demanded the MP for the Turkmen Front Hassan Turan to close the representative of Kurdistan in the Council of Ministers for failing to perform its duty to inform the parties against the lawsuit against Kurdish officials, on the request to rule on the unconstitutionality of the referendum, according to the clarification of the Federal Supreme Court.
In a statement to the press on Saturday, Turan said that this deliberate failure to delay the resolution of the case, which is expected to be resolved by all the official and popular bodies in Iraq, calling on the government to help the court in finding a mechanism to deliver notifications for the establishment of legal proceedings against them. If it is not possible in the official press to inform the concerned parties, so that the court to proceed with the procedures of the case and resolve as soon as possible. "
The Federal Supreme Court, said last week, "It can not express a view that the referendum of the Kurdistan region is unconstitutional without hearing the other party.
