    Services Committee, announced in the House of Representatives, on Sunday, expressed the readiness of the law of the infrastructure of the vote, as pointed out the lack of differences on the incorporation of the demands of coalition and Iraqi Kurdistan, pointing to reduce the amount allocated for the advancement of infrastructure to $ 20 billion.

    A member of the Commission services and reconstruction in the House of Representatives Ihsan al-Awadi said in an interview to (range Press), "The Law of the infrastructure is ready to vote after we have completed the legal form to him," noting that "the Committee agreed on the inclusion of the law to sectors of housing, education, health, roads, and other . "

    Awadi added that "the amount allocated for the advancement of the infrastructure has been reduced to $ 20 billion," he said, adding "there is no disagreement on the law passed after included the demands of the Kurdistan Alliance and Iraqi."

    Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, called on (15 September 2012), to vote on the bill infrastructure, while the House of Representatives demanded the allocation of 37 billion dollars for the advancement of infrastructure in the country.

    The law reconstruction of infrastructure and service sectors saw the contrast between the parliamentary blocs, forcing the House of Representatives (30 August 2012) to postpone the vote on it.

    Iraq suffers from a severe housing crisis due to the increasing population, as measured by the number of residential complexes, in addition to the inability of citizens with limited income for the construction of residential units of its own, because of the high cost of land and construction materials.

    I'm hoping that this is the trigger for the rv since everything else is suppose to be done, anyone with thoughts, well we have the HCL that some people say we don't need but we have no rv either

    Ali has said many times, "got to have infrastructure", but he never said the law of infrastructure. So with Iraq it seems you have to have law first?
