Al-Imar to {Sabah}: Launching the housing loan application form at the beginning of 2025

The Ministry of Construction and Housing will launch, at the beginning of next year, the application form for a new batch of Housing Fund loans.
The ministry had launched, during last February, the application for Housing Fund loans.
According to the official spokesman for the ministry, Nabil Al-Saffar, to "Al-Sabah", "the fund provided loans during the current year worth (750) billion dinars, distributed among (17) thousand applicants," noting that "the launch of loans depends on the financial amounts allocated to it, in addition to the refunds that are recycled to lend to citizens because they are an important capital that is relied upon in lending." He announced that "the ministry will launch the application form for the fund's loans at the beginning of next year (2025) after the availability of financial liquidity and the completion of the necessary administrative and financial procedures," noting that "the application for the loan request will be exclusively through the (UR) electronic portal according to the applicable standards." Al-Saffar also pointed out that “the ministry is working, in coordination with the Central Bank and a number of banks, to prepare a study aimed at including applicants for housing units within the new residential cities project with soft loans from banks, but the matter is still under study and has not been decided.”
