The head of the National Contract Bloc, Abdul Amir Al-Mayah, confirmed on Thursday that the draft law on service and retirement for the Mujahideen of the Popular Mobilization Authority is ready for voting in the House of Representatives.
Al-Mayahy told Al-Maalouma Agency, "The draft law on service and retirement for the Mujahideen of the Popular Mobilization Forces is subject to the consensus of the majority within the House of Representatives, noting that "the Popular Mobilization Law does justice to the members and is ready for voting in one of the upcoming sessions of Parliament."
He added, "The Popular Mobilization Forces Service and Retirement Law is considered one of the vital laws."
He pointed out that "the law includes many important provisions, the most important of which is preserving the financial rights of the Popular Mobilization Forces members and treating them equally with their peers in the security services." End / 25H
