    Secretary-General of the National Correctional Party Kamel Karim al-Dulaimi said that a new economic system will prevail in Iraq and control its markets and transactions and exchanges after the next elections.

    Agree Screwball.  Elections are in May.  Money to rebuild requires reform before Iraq see a dime.
