The British will "regain confidence and pride in 2018," British Prime Minister Theresa May said in her New Year message.
Although exit from the EU will be an "important" event next year, it will not "end" the ambition of the Bulgarian government, Mai said.
She stressed that the new year will focus on schools, police and the National Medical Service to change people's lives for the better.
While 2017 was a turbulent year for the prime minister, she described it as "the year of progress," particularly in the EU exit negotiations, which were completed in December.
"The majority of Britons just want to keep moving forward and achieve good results in Breaksite, and that's exactly what we're doing now," May said.
She said 2018 would see a step closer to its goal of a "more powerful and just society".
She said the government would "build more good schools" and "more homes" until "housing becomes less expensive" while working to "strengthen our natural environment for the next generation."
The British prime minister acknowledged that 2017, during which she called for early elections and lost the majority to Conservative seats in the House of Commons, was a "year of challenges."
Earlier, British Prime Minister Teiziza Mae said she would "stay off track" following her government's loss of the EU withdrawal plan in early December.
However, its plan for exit from the European Union achieved good results during 2017, when it reached an agreement with the Union that concluded the first phase of the negotiations and would allow the second phase to be launched during the new year.
In her letter, May noted that 2018 would mark the 100th anniversary of women's suffrage and said the event should be celebrated with "a pledge to eradicate intolerance and discrimination from our society."
May also drew attention to the 70th anniversary of the creation of the Health Service in Britain, and defended the conservatives' position on health service issues over repeated criticisms of funding shortfalls.
"We will continue to invest in the British Health Service and ensure that it provides a world-class health service now and for future generations," she said.
In November, FDA officials warned that the £ 1.6bn increase in the frontline health service budget was not enough to meet the long list of waits.
