[ltr]Halabja municipality announced on Sunday that the amount of expenses and revenues exceeded the amount of 2017 billion dinars.[/ltr]
[ltr]"The performance of the work entrusted to us in our areas of Halabja, Khormal, Tawila, Biara, Boumu and Sirwan continues despite the current financial crisis," the city's general manager Hassan Rashid told a news conference.[/ltr]
[ltr]He added that "the total financial expenses of the municipality in 2017 amounted to one billion and 825 million and 733 thousand Iraqi dinars, of which 149 million were disbursed for municipal services and management."[/ltr]
[ltr]The Director General of the Municipality, that "the total revenue achieved amounted to 100 million and 505 thousand dinars."[/ltr]
