    Revealed a member of the parliamentary finance committee, Rahim Darraji, on Saturday, that the Kurdish forces in the House of Representatives has become convinced of the allocation of 12.67% of the draft federal budget in the current year of the region, while referring to the importance of the presence of Prime Minister Haider Abadi in the parliament session tomorrow.
    Al-Daraji said in an interview that "the presence of Abadi to the meeting is necessary to pass the budget tomorrow, and resolve differences related to the Kurdistan Alliance."
    He added that "there must be a middle way to develop solutions with regard to the demands of the Kurdish blocs," noting that "the Kurds became convinced of the 12.67% of the draft budget, but they have other requests can not be resolved only with the presence of slaves."
    He added that "the objections and demands of the National Alliance have been resolved, in addition to the Union of Forces reached an agreement on increasing the reconstruction of destroyed cities and support the return of displaced people before the elections next May."
    As if a member of the Finance Committee in the Iraqi parliament, Massoud Haider, has revealed the reduction of the government of the Kurdistan region in the budget of 2018 from 17% to 12.67%, as published last October draft leaked.
    The Finance Committee of the Parliament of Kurdistan, on November 15, that the Kurdistan region will agree to allocate 12.67% of the budget of 2018, in one case only.
    The committee said in a report, "If Baghdad does not agree to pay 17% of the budget for the Kurdistan region, the region must adhere to be 12.67% of the total revenues of Iraq without the deduction of sovereign expenses.
    He explained that "so will be the share of the Kurdistan region 13 trillion dinars, while the payment of 17% of the budget after the deduction of sovereign expenditure means sending 11 trillion dinars for the region." C
