    A member of the Iraqi Council of Representatives on a coalition of state law, Kazem Sayadi, on Thursday, the current budget "budget stealing the money of the Iraqi people and put them in the pockets of corrupt."
    Saidi said in a press statement, "This budget, which is being discussed in the House of Representatives is a budget stealing the money of the Iraqi people to put in the pockets of corrupt." 

    He added that "the current budget does not represent the aspirations of the Iraqi people or the aspirations of the Iraqi state," noting that "we want justice and equality in this budget in addition to the application of laws."

     
    The Iraqi MP that "everyone knows that there are requirements for three quarters on this budget and we will not vote on the draft budget if it remains in this form." 

    More than two months ago, the federal budget for 2018 in the Iraqi parliament faces strong opposition to its adoption, especially by the Kurdistan Region against the backdrop of reducing the proportion of Kurdistan from 17% to 12.67%.
