    The MP on the Liberal bloc Zeinab Sahlani, on Tuesday, that the House of Representatives violated the Iraqi constitution amending the election law, while the Council is in a legislative holiday and has no right to amend or enact laws, except in very emergency cases, indicated that the Federal Court is entitled to issue as appropriate On elections.

    She explained that "the legislative holiday of parliament does not grant him the power to enact laws and amend them, except in emergency circumstances, which need to legislate some important laws of the country."
