Abadi: Parliamentary elections witnessed serious violations

Prime Minister Haider Abadi stressed on Tuesday the need to separate the role of the judiciary and the Electoral Commission on electoral appeals.
Abadi said at the weekly press conference that "the role of the judiciary and the Electoral Commission must be separated on the appeals filed by the political bloc." He said that "the government continues to follow up on the results of the elections."
He added that "the Council of Ministers voted on the recommendations and conclusions of the Committee formed to consider the appeals of the elections," pointing out that "relying on the devices not examined in the elections have caused us doubts and the government and integrity are pursuing this issue."
On the other hand, Abadi assured the citizens that "the water reserves of the country are sufficient for this year."
