"
    He pointed out that "these decisions were applied only in the ports of Basra and did not apply to any windows, especially the windows of the north," stressing that "the decision tariff customs is not deliberate and cause a great loss to investors." 
    "The Euphrates outlet is devoid of government control and has been put to account only for southern traders," Abdul Redha said.
