    "The discussions with the World Bank continue on this project, which includes a soft loan to Iraq over 25 years, the interest rate does not exceed 5.1 percent, which begins payment after five years of the project."
    "The cost of this project is $ 2 billion, which can give families with damage rates in their homes 40-50 per cent, $ 10,000 and $ 20,000 for the total damage to homes paid in installments," he said. this project".
