Al-Haddad: I discussed with Abdul-Mahdi the share of the Kurdistan region of the Financial Budget Act of 2019

The Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Bashir Haddad, said Thursday, January 17, 2019, that he discussed with the Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi, the share of [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/465/%D8%A5%D9%82%D9%84%D9%8A%D9%85 %D9%83%D8%B1%D8%AF%D8%B3%D8%AA%D8%A7%D9%86]the Kurdistan region[/url] of the fiscal budget law for 2019.
Haddad said that he met this evening with Abdel-Mahdi " Of the important issues, the most important budget and [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/465/%D8%A5%D9%82%D9%84%D9%8A%D9%85 %D9%83%D8%B1%D8%AF%D8%B3%D8%AA%D8%A7%D9%86]the[/url] share of [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/465/%D8%A5%D9%82%D9%84%D9%8A%D9%85 %D9%83%D8%B1%D8%AF%D8%B3%D8%AA%D8%A7%D9%86]the Kurdistan region[/url] , and it was stressed on the separation between the salaries of employees and Peshmerga fighters for all differences and other expenditures in the budget.
He added: "We talked to calm the situation in Kirkuk under Article 140 of the Constitution and through consensus and agreement between the basic components in the city, and the disbursement of financial dues for farmers and the distribution of white oil on the camps for the displaced in the Kurdistan Region.
He said he told the prime minister "the need to support the government legitimate and elected authority in the region, and the Prime Minister made serious efforts to resolve the differences between Erbil and Baghdad."
On the settlement of the allocations of families of martyrs in [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/465/%D8%A5%D9%82%D9%84%D9%8A%D9%85 %D9%83%D8%B1%D8%AF%D8%B3%D8%AA%D8%A7%D9%86]the Kurdistan region[/url] with counterparts in the rest of Iraq, Haddad said that "the settlement of the salaries of the families of martyrs and Anfal and political prisoners have passed stages of good, and I can say that it was the approval of the Foundation martyrs and political prisoners and the Ministry of martyrs to pay these dues.
The meeting also discussed "rebalancing the positions that were looted from the Kurds during the previous governments."
The presidents of the Republic Barham Saleh and the Council of Ministers and Adel Abdul-Mahdi and Parliament, Mohamed Halbusi, had agreed on Wednesday, during a meeting held at the Palace of Peace in Baghdad, to "expedite the adoption of the general budget for 2019,
