Oil falls 3 percent as US production rises

Oil prices fell about 3 percent, Tuesday, the biggest daily percentage drop in a month.
As a result of an increase in oil drilling activities in the United States, indicated the rise in supply growth amid continuing concerns about the global economic slowdown.
Brent crude fell $ 1.71, or 2.8 percent, to settle at $ 59.93 per barrel.
WTI fell 1.70 dollars, or 3.2 percent, to settle at $ 51.99 a barrel.
Baker Hughes Oil Services said in its weekly report on Friday that US energy companies raised the number of excavators looking for oil by 10 rigs, according to "Reuters".
