MP on the construction coalition Mansour al-Baiji, on Tuesday, secret agreements on the return of Kirkuk to Kurdistan, stressing that this is illegal and can not be allowed.
Al-Baiji warned in a statement received by Mawazine News, a copy of it: "The withdrawal of the province of Kirkuk to the first square after the law was imposed and the deployment of federal forces in the province after the removal of Peshmerga forces, which was imposing control over the province away from the federal government."
"Kirkuk is a miniature Iraq that includes all sects and components," he said, adding that "the administration of this province and the imposition of security by the federal government because the province is not part of the Kurdistan region and the provincial government is aware of this well."
"The paragraphs of the Constitution provides for the administration of Kirkuk province by the federal government away from the parties and components," and called for the departure "of any secret agreements that will hand over the province of Kirkuk and some of its regions to the region because it is illegal or constitutional and can not be accepted permanently "End of 29 / p
