BAGHDAD / NINA / MP for al-Ahrar bloc Bahaa al-Araji said on Thursday 27 Feb. that House Speaker Osama Nujaifi will meet Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki after returning from a visit to Erbil, to brief him on the discussions with the leadership of the Region.
Al-Araji told the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA / that Nujaifi’s visit to the Kurdistan region came upon the authorization of the heads of political blocs , who met with him in order to finally resolve the standoff between the federal government and the Regional government .
Araji said that the crisis of the public budget is artificial and will not be solved but with sincere intentions by the two parties.
