BAGHDAD - morning,
said a member of the Council of Babil province, Mohammed al-Masoudi, that in the case of adoption of the budget the province in 2014, estimated at 314 billion dinars, they will not only cover one-third of ongoing projects and lagging, making the province in an awkward large even in the event of approval.

and said the province of Babylon earlier, the projects lagging for the years 2012 and 2013 and reached the 500 project, and decided to Presidency of the Council of Representatives to insert the federal budget bill on its agenda.
