Halabousi and Abadi discuss the implementation of the government program

BAGHDAD - The
head of the House of Representatives Mohamed Halboussi, on Wednesday, with the President of the victory coalition, former Prime Minister Haider Abadi, the implementation of the government program and the developments of the political situation.
"The Speaker of the House of Representatives Mohamed Halbusi received the President of the coalition victory and former Prime Minister Haider Abadi," the office of Halaboussi said in a statement received.
He added that "during the meeting discussed the latest political developments in the country, and emphasis on cooperation between political forces; to support the government in the implementation of the government program; to serve the citizens."
The statement added that "the two sides discussed the file of the completion of parliamentary committees and activate their role in the control and combating corruption in state institutions, as well as the provision of legislation that would contribute to improving social and service conditions."
