A senior member of the Political Bureau of the National Wisdom Movement, Abbas al-Issawi, said Saturday that the American Embassy in Baghdad was attacking the leader of the Islamic revolution, Mr. Ali Khamenei, as "a pulse".
Al-Issawi said in a statement received by the American Embassy in Baghdad that Mr. Khamenei was trying to get a pulse to read the reaction of the state, government and Iraqi parties to this behavior to be a prelude to other actions if this happened without reacting "He said.
On Friday evening, Al-Fateh alliance issued a strongly-worded statement about the "excesses" of the US Embassy in Baghdad and the abuses and abuses committed against the religious references.
