"More than 50 signatures have been collected for the purpose of re-opening the Khawr Abdullah file, which I read in the 77th committee," Naseef said in a statement to Al-Maaloumah, adding that "the coming days will witness the full submission of the Khawr Abdullah file."
She added that "the file has already been presented to the presidency of the current Council and had a vague understanding of the subject, which required us to submit the file in full."
Nassif said that "the important step for us to bring proceedings before international and national courts and the assignment of Judge Wael Abdul Latif to establish cases."
