Sources reveal a parliamentary plan to overthrow the government of Adel Abdul Mahdi

"There are contacts between the political blocs in parliament to put a plan to overthrow the government of Adel Abdul Mahdi because of its" inability "to implement its economic, political and social program, and" failure "to complete the ministerial portfolios.
"The coalition of victory led by former Prime Minister Haider al-Abbadi and the Fatah coalition led by Hadi al-Amiri gave the prime minister a final deadline to complete his ministerial program and complete the government's formation before proceeding with the dismissal," the sources said.
The movement of parliamentary political forces came against the government of Abdul Mahdi after criticism by the religious authority Ali al-Sistani for failing to complete the ministerial lineup, while the parliament called on the Prime Minister to submit his report on the achievements of his government within a week to discuss and the shortcomings in the implementation of its program.
