    Liberal: a political reason for delaying the budget is expected to end its second reading next week

    Alsumaria News / Baghdad - MP for the Liberal parliamentary bloc Mohammed al-Khafaji, on Thursday, that the reason for the delay in approving the budget in Parliament is political, not technical, and likely to end in the second reading during the next week, called the rule of law and the Kurdistan to the introduction of concessions for the citizen.

    Khafaji said in an interview for "Alsumaria News", "The Council of Ministers sent the budget bill at the end of the month of December of the current year, and the latest fanfare in the House of Representatives, due to delay approval and disabled by the political blocs," noting that "the delay in the approval political, not technical. "

    He said al-Khafaji, "if politicians could agree on time and send the budget in the ninth month of the last year, according to the Constitution, would have been approved timing nor specified", adding that "the political blocs have exceeded the Constitution of the disabled through the adoption of the draft budget within the parliamentary dome."

"

    He called al-Khafaji, a coalition of state law and the Kurdistan Alliance to "surrender concessions, for the citizen and the adoption of the draft budget."

    And accused the MP for the coalition of state law Garibawy victory, in (the seventh of April 2014), chairman of the parliament of trying to postpone the adoption of the budget until after the parliamentary elections through postponement of the remaining meetings, warned of wills with internal and external work on this matter.

    It is noteworthy that the general budget of the state, has become the stuff of debate and an exchange of accusations between the political blocs all, they are still languishing in the corridors of the House of Representatives, and did not complete the readings since it was approved by the Council of Ministers (January 15, 2014).
