    BAGHDAD / National Center for Expertise (NNC) 
    The Education Committee of the Parliament announced on Thursday the need for Iraq to 7 thousand schools, indicating that the construction of these schools through international loans with interest less than Iraqi banks worth 5 trillion dinars.
    "Iraq does not have any clear strategy for the development of the strip sector and to promote it during the coming period," committee member Riad Mohammad said in a press statement.
    "Iraq is under the pretext of about 7,000 schools distributed throughout Iraq," he said. "These schools were built within a two-year plan through loans from foreign banks."
    He explained that "there are foreign banks offered to Iraq to provide loans and interest less than Iraqi banks as well as the announcement of the Iraqi Trade Bank is ready to lend education to build these schools," pointing out that "the cost of construction estimated at 5 trillion dinars."
    "The payment will be over five years with low interest rates and model designs," he said.

    Shit...this doesn’t include hospitals etc...lost of money...7 trillion wipe a few zeros off equals 7 billion and change your rate to about 2.00 equals 14 billion dollars
