    Prime Minister [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] on Monday that he would respect the parliament's decision if he went to oust the government and come up with a new one, pointing out that he was not afraid of overthrowing the government at all. 
    "I am not holding on to power, I will work to hand over the secretariat and thank the parliament if it insists on removing me from office," Abdul-Mahdi said in an interview with a group of journalists. 
    "The conditions that the government is currently working on are better than in the period following its formation," he said.
    He pointed out that "the Council of Ministers formed a committee of non-partisan elements to study lists of positions by proxy."
    "We have not yet formed an adult opposition or an adult majority and we are still living in the past," Abdul Mahdi said.

    As far as I know, all the new Ministers replaced the "placeholders or proxy" Ministers.  I am wondering if Mahdi is a proxy PM since he was only given a year to get the GOI "done".  They extended the legislative term by one month until July 31 - coming up next week.  I am wondering if there is a new PM waiting in the wings, if the new CBI governor will be announced - since they voted on that over this past weekend and we still have not had any news about it, if the RV will happen by July 31 as promised by Mahdi that the dinar would have purchasing power added by the end of this legislative session and the CBI will announce that the Trade Banks in Saudi, Dubai and China are operational since they stated they would be by August.  Don't forget that the current CBI governor is leaving to be the new head of the Arab Monetary Fund.  It is very quiet the last few days - maybe it is for a reason they have not released any news that we are waiting for.

    Education minister is out there. Technically you could call Mahdi a pseudo proxy only because he hasn't completed his government. Yet, they have passed all types of laws which one wonders how that was legal according to the constitution? Mahdi had thirty days to complete gov, but all this is out the window at this point. Yes CBI gov is taking AMF position in September so we expect a new face shortly. As far as I know Abadi would be the replacement PM if it gets that far. Can't speak to the Trade Bank. Other than that there are tons of ancillary movement taking place and I would love to see the video of the Mystery banknotes mentioned last week.
