    The deputy of the coalition of Abbas Abbas Aliawi, on Monday, that the percentage of women's quota in the provincial councils has not changed and will remain at 25%, pointing out that the election propaganda may start early in a non-public.
    "The date of the start of the election campaign has not been decided within parliament," Aliawi said in a statement to Al-Mawloom. "It will be the responsibility of the Commission, which in turn will set the date for launching campaigns for the candidates for provincial council elections."
