According to several official documents, Abdul-Mahdi approved "the organizational structure of [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] Commission , and the abolition of all addresses and positions that conflict with those contained in the structure mentioned."
He also granted the Diwani order, Fayyad, "the power of appointment by proxy for positions and managers in the Commission, and presented to us for the purpose of approval or not," noting that the order "implemented from the date of issuance."
