Financial expert Thamer al-Azzawi: " [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] to revolutionize legislation to support the reform plans, and be real keep up with the current circumstances," noting: "The laws of investment and support the private sector and a real transition to a multi-resource economy and get rid of bureaucracy is the most important pillars of the development process." .
Al-Azzawi said in a press statement, to: "The need to get rid of quotas and accounting for corrupt, so as to give confidence to the Iraqi market and attract capital."
The financial expert criticized the trends and calls to rely on government effort only through the provision of functional degrees and others, explaining: "These solutions are temporary and will not solve the problem at its roots."
"The solution lies in steps starting with legislation or amendment of laws, and then involve the private sector and the introduction of investment and privatization and provide the right conditions for work, as well as partnership between the public and private sectors and the investment of energy and oil imports properly."
