Karbouli: Hold a session of parliament this week ... excluded

Representative Muhammad al-Karbouli ruled out a session of the House of Representatives this week.
Karbouli said in a brief statement: "There is no agreement to hold a session of the Council of Representatives this week."
He explained: "The session is subject to mechanisms and consensus, and not just because someone wants to hold it while negotiations on forming a government have not ended yet."
