    Al-Nahrain Islamic Bank issued, on Saturday, a statement on granting loans to the Popular Mobilization Authority, indicating that its loans are in accordance with the provisions of Islamic Sharia.
    The bank said in a statement seen by "Al-Iqtisad News", "The bank grants murabahat (loans) of various kinds to the security forces, including the Popular Mobilization Authority, provided that their salaries are settled in our bank."
    He added that "the amount of the financing is paid to the seller and is not handed over to the customer according to the bank law and Islamic Sharia regulations that do not allow dealing in cash directly."
    The bank pointed out that "in the event that the associate does not want to settle their salaries, our bank provides a range of services, including the purchase of cars, education, goods, travel, and treatment financing services, and with the guarantee of a civil employee."
