An independent deputy: the caretaker government’s survival prevents money being wasted or stolen

On Wednesday, the independent deputy, Basem Khazaal, stated that the caretaker government remains much better than bringing in a new government, especially that there is a lot that strives to steal money and obtain narrow benefits and interests, stressing the need to restrict the current political class to the caretaker government to ensure that its financial interests are not achieved.
Khazal said in a statement to "Information", that "the caretaker government, especially at the present time, is much better for the people than the government that will be formed until the early elections."
He added that "there are parties that seek to obtain political gains and achieve narrow interests, and therefore the formation of the government for a short period until the early elections will lead to a large waste of money and greater corruption, so the concern of the caretaker government is not justified."
He explained that "the best for the Iraqi people is to keep the current political class bound by the caretaker government in order to ensure that the money is not leaked and stolen." 25 n ended
