On Saturday, the leader of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, Imad Bajlan, described future Prime Minister [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] as a "man of the stage", noting that keeping it is the best solution.
"Talking about an alternative to Allawi is very difficult because of the fragmentation of the political position between the parliamentary parties," Baglan said in a statement to "Information", saying that "Abdul-Mahdi is the man of the stage and he is the best person to run the country until the elections are held after less than a year."
He added that "after October 1, Abdul-Mahdi announced his readiness to submit the resignation while he was not adhering to the position, and that the current situation is chaos and we see in this man the goodness and harmony, which is acceptable to all political parties despite its observations."
