Kurdish leader: We did not disagree on government candidates, provided we are given “constitutional entitlements”

The leader of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, Imad Bajlan, confirmed on Sunday that the Kurds will not disagree on any figure charged with forming the new government, pointing out that the basic condition for the Kurds over the new president is to give them their constitutional entitlement without any prejudice to the rights of the components, one of which is the Kurds.
Baglan said in a statement to "Information", that "the Kurds stand with the unity of the national ranks on the issue of supporting Zarfi whether or not he is in the prime minister."
He added, "The Kurds do not look to specific ministries as much as they insist on obtaining their constitutional entitlements in the government."
And that "the Kurds do not have impossible conditions towards the person in charge of forming the new government, regardless of the personality that will be presented for assignment, as every person who heads the government must take into account the constitutional dues of the Kurds as an Iraqi component." 25 n ended
