In a move that was not expected, the deputies of the alliance led by Muqtada Al-Sadr and the largest in the Iraqi parliament yesterday announced their support for the Prime Minister-designate, Adnan Al-Zarfi.

Riyad Al-Masoudi, a deputy for "Saeron", confirmed in an official statement, "their support for forming the new government as soon as possible, headed by Adnan Al-Zorfi," noting that the latter "will proceed with the procedures for forming his government despite the opposition of some Shiite political blocs."

And the position of the Sadr alliance comes in contrast to the Shiite political blocs, which stressed its rejection of Adnan Al-Zarfi, claiming that he is "unconstitutional" at times, and that he is "close to the United States" at other times.

Since the 20th of last March, Shiite political blocs rejecting al-Zrafi, which are "Al-Fath" led by Hadi al-Amiri, and "The State of Law" by Nuri al-Maliki, as well as the "wisdom" movement of Ammar al-Hakim, and "Sadiqun", the parliamentary wing of the "Asaib Ahl al-Haq" militia , To support Sadr for their position, but that did not happen.

This position means that the al-Sadr movement left the Shiite house and changed it from its traditional allies in parliament, notably "al-Fath" (the second largest parliamentary bloc), which was counting heavily on supporting al-Sadr.

And the Shiite political house in Iraq lives on the impact of political differences over determining its political priorities, other than its strong coordination in consultations to form the government of Adel Abdul Mahdi.

The explanation for this, according to Haider al-Lami, a leader in the "State of Law" coalition, is due to the absence of Qasim Soleimani, who acknowledged in a press statement, that "he (Soleimani) combined the Shiite house in Iraq on one opinion and specific priorities."

A political source said, last week, that the Iraqi Prime Minister-designate Adnan Al-Zorafi had secured the parliamentary majority that would pass his government in the parliament next month.

Yesterday, Al-Zorfi revealed the identity of the members of his cabinet, and announced that he would send his government curriculum to the presidency of Parliament.
